SIR phase 3 final rolls do not come out on one day. Each of the 16 states and 3 union territories in the Special Intensive Revision has its own date, and several have been moved since the Election Commission of India (ECI) announced the schedule on 14 May 2026. Haryana's final roll is now due on 6 November 2026 and Maharashtra's on 16 November 2026, under ECI revisions, and CEO Delhi's SIR FAQ gives 4 November 2026 for Delhi. Check your state's Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) website for the current date, then search the final roll the way the steps below describe.
Once you find your entry, write down three things: the Assembly Constituency (AC), the part number (your polling station's section of the roll) and your serial number in that part. They are what you need at the polling booth, on a voter slip, and for any correction.
Final-roll dates by state
The table gives the final-publication date in the ECI's original phase III schedule (Press Note ECI/PN/086/2026, Annexure I), the revised date where we found an official revision, and each CEO's website. A blank "revised" cell means we didn't find an official revision. It does not mean the original date still holds, so confirm on the CEO site.

Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh are not in phase III. The ECI said their schedule would be announced later. The first two phases, before this one, covered 13 other states and UTs.
The CEO's home page normally carries a "Revised Schedule" notice when dates move, and links to the final roll once it is published.
How to check your name once the final roll is out
Search by EPIC number
- Open the ECI's electoral search.
- Choose the EPIC search, select your state, enter the EPIC number printed on your voter ID card and the captcha.
- The result shows your name, AC, part number and name, serial number and polling station.
If you don't have the EPIC number, search by name with your relative's name, age or date of birth, state and district, or search by the mobile number linked to your entry.
Open the part's roll PDF
The search result tells you the part. To see the entry itself, with your photo, house number and section:
- Go to Download Electoral Roll on voters.eci.gov.in.
- Select the state, district and AC, then the roll and language you want.
- Select your part number, enter the captcha and download the PDF.
- Go to your serial number. Entries run in serial order within sections (streets or localities).
The free electoral roll search on myutils.me puts both steps in one place. Enter your EPIC number and it fills in the constituency and part. Or browse state, district, constituency and part without an EPIC, then open the part's published roll PDF and go to your serial number. It forwards your search to the Election Commission's public endpoints. It is an independent tool, not run by or affiliated with the ECI.
Other ways
- The ECINET app from the ECI.
- Your Booth Level Officer (BLO). The final roll is also displayed at the voter centre or polling station.
- The Voter Helpline, 1950.
Reading your entry
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| AC number and name | Your assembly constituency |
| Part number | Your section of the roll. Each part maps to one polling station |
| Section | The street or locality within the part |
| Serial number | Your position within the part. Officials at the booth look you up by this |
| EPIC number | Your voter ID card number. It stays the same when the part or serial changes |
The SIR schedule included rationalisation of polling stations, so many voters have a new part number and serial number in the final roll even though their EPIC number is unchanged. Use the numbers in the final roll, not those on an old voter slip. Our post on why your part number changed after SIR explains this.
If your name is not in the final roll
- Search again. Check spelling variants, and search by EPIC rather than by name.
- Check whether you were in the draft roll. If you filed Form 6 during claims and objections, track it on voters.eci.gov.in using the acknowledgement number.
- Appeal. CEO Delhi's SIR FAQ says that if your name is still not in the final roll, you can appeal to the District Election Officer or District Magistrate within 15 days. Your state's CEO site gives the local procedure.
- Apply afresh. You can file Form 6 at any time after the final roll for inclusion in a later update of the roll. Our guide to Form 6, 6A, 7 or 8 covers which form fits.
If your entry is there but wrong, use Form 8 to correct it. If you weren't able to link to your state's old roll during SIR, see what SIR mapping means.
FAQ
Is the final roll the same as the draft roll?
No. The final roll adds the claims accepted during claims and objections and removes entries deleted after notice. Check the final roll even if you were in the draft.
My state's date has passed but there's no final roll on the CEO site. Why?
The schedule has been revised for several states. Look for the latest "Revised Schedule" notice on the CEO site. Haryana, Maharashtra and Delhi, for example, all moved their dates into November.
Do I need a new voter ID card if my part number changed?
No. The EPIC number stays the same. The part and serial number on the card or an old slip may be out of date, so use the ones in the final roll.
Can I vote if my name is in the final roll but I've lost my voter ID?
Your name in the roll is what entitles you to vote. At the polling station you can show any of the alternative identity documents the ECI allows for that election. You can also apply for a replacement EPIC through Form 8.
Does myutils.me have its own copy of the roll?
No. The search tool forwards each request to the ECI's public endpoints and shows the roll the ECI publishes.
